Happy Mother’s Day to all, Mother’s, Sisters and Girl Friends. We can only do this all together and with each heart we step as one. Today, I am continuing to change up traditional quilt patterns. The first quilt pattern is a traditional quilt block, the second is MINE, all dressed up.
There are a lot of way to make half-square triangles, I like the add 7/8″ method, as I find I can piece them to the right size pretty much all the time. Here is my how to for triangles
Cut 1 Green 4 7/8” x 4 7/8” Make triangles
Cut 1 Blue 3 7/8” x 3 7/8”
Cut 1 Green 3 7/8” x 3 7/8” Make triangles
Cut 2 White 3 1/2” x 1 1/2”
Cut 2 White 4 1/2” x 1 1/2”
Sew As Shown
