“The Ladies” they are The Quilt Ladies.

They quilt every Tuesday together and after years of doing that, they’ve decided to do a quilt pattern book. So “The Ladies” was born, a quilt block sampler pattern book with 68 – Eight by Eight Inch quilt pattern blocks. All straight pieced, all cutting and piecing instructions included.It was decided that the Eight inch by Eight inch size would be a perfect size for the blocks not too small and not too large.

I had an email and the question, “How can you do it all?” Easy, I LOVE IT all. Hours seem like minutes and days seem like hours, I have found my groove. I do work 3-4 hours a day at everything and I love it. I enjoy what I do and who I am. This has taken me the past year to figure out. I went to my core because of what I thought I knew was turned on it’s head. But, I did it and I am better today than yesterday. I’ve set myself a goal, clean out quilt files and save quilt pictures in the RIGHT File with the RIGHT Name on it…???…!!! It’s been a bit impossible, because I see something and I go down a rabbit hole, out comes draft paper, my camera, color pencils and more ideas.

But, look what I did find. The original art work, I did for The Quilt Ladies Book. This is the way The Quilt Ladies looked when I first had them printed and sold as single books. Cover designs done by Rita, here is her NOW
