Triangle Quilt Block – Darting Birds

Three by Three Inch Quilt Block

One of the fun things about making quilt blocks is to challenge yourself to something new. Todays quilt block has a finished size of three inches by three inches. I piece any size quilt block the same and here is how I do triangles, not matter what size cut, I do the best piecing with this method.

Corn and Bean’s Quilt Pattern Block

The name of this quilt block takes me right back to my Great Grandmother’s long white kitchen table and seeing her work around the kitchen with grace, a smile, feeding all who arrived at her door.  This is my quilt block Corn and Bean’s quilt block pattern.
