This quilt pattern block is just a fun one to do, it’s everything we love about quilting, squares and triangles. A great scrap quilt block to use up any of that fabric you have laying around.
Darting Birds
Finished quilt block will be 6″ x 6″
Cut 1 solid color – 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ Cut 2 background color – 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″
Cut 3 colors – 2 7/8″ x 2 7/8″ Cut 3 background – 2 7/8″ x 2 7/8″ Make Triangles
Little Churn Dash Quilt Pattern Block. I love little quilt blocks and I piece my little one’s the same way a do a large quilt block. I use a 1/4″ seam allowance and trim it to 1/16″ after each seam is sewn.
This Churn Dash Block has a finished size of 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″. My quilt block is machine pieced and hand quilted.

I think it is about 18-20 years old… I machine pieced and had it long arm quilted. The pattern is drafted for you here too ! !

I did 5 blocks across and 6 blocks down, 30 total blocks.
Simple 2 inch border, quilt and binding.

Our 2nd Grand is Crazy Man and this is the quilt I made for him.
“Crazy Man” Quilt Block Patterns – Finishes quilt block is eight inches by eight inches. The “Crazy” part of this quilt is the background fabric, it’s bold, it’s yellow and it’s what makes the blocks a “Crazy Man” quilt.

I have taken a Bear Paw quilt pattern and redesigned it into Sixteen different quilt blocks, each with a finished size of Fourteen by fourteen inches. The quilt will be 88” x 84” finished size. Pattern can be used as shown or put together in many different combinations. Complete quilt pattern blocks, all cutting and piecing instructions and how to put the quilt together section. Quilt binding section included too.
When you walk into your bedroom and see this quilt on the bed, your heart will skip a beat. The quilt block are set in white with a pieced leave border to bring the quilt all together.
