Day Eight of Star Holiday Quilt Blocks. Again today the focus is on the center and corners of the quilt block. Remember, that the colors in these quilt blocks, can be changed and moved around as you like. 

How to Make Triangles

Red quilt block  cutting for ONE quilt block

Cut 1 Red – 2 ½” x 2 ½”
Cut 4 Green – 1 ½” x 2 ½”
Cut 4 Red – 1 ½” x 1 ½”
Make center block

Cut 4 Red – 2 7/8” x 2 7/8”
Cut 4 White – 2 7/8” x 2 7/8”
Make Triangle Points

Cut 4 White   – 1 ½” x 1 ½”
Cut 4 Green – 1 ½” x 1 ½”
Cut 4 White – 1 ½” x 2 ½”
Make Corner Squares
Sew as Shown
