This organizer started when Husband was in the hospital after OPEN heart surgery, after IUC, about day twenty and he took a phone call from our investment guy. Husband and I had talked about all the details weeks earlier, but suddenly I realized, I didn’t even know this guy’s last name. Sam something? That was my wake-up call.
I needed to know, do and understand EVERYTHING. Not just the big things. The day-to-day things, too.
Who do I call? Where are the account numbers? What bills are automatic? Where are the passwords? What’s the garage code? Where are the insurance papers? Who handles what? And where is that important piece of paper we both know we put somewhere “safe”?
So I started making lists.
Those lists became Day to Day, As I Go — Everything To Organize Life.
Life comes with a LOT of information, the pages in Day to Day is for that. Passwords. Account numbers. Insurance policies. House codes. Important papers. Doctors. Bills. Phone numbers. Plans. And all those little details we are absolutely sure we will remember…until we don’t.

Your life. Your information. Day to Day is for you. As I Go, is for wishes and wants your family needs to know.
You do not have to fill it out in one afternoon. Make a cup of coffee, start with the easy pages and work on it as you go, day to day. Add things. Cross things out. Update information. Change your mind. Make this planner work for your life.
Some pages may not apply to you at all. Skip them. Other pages may become the ones you use the most. That’s exactly how it should be.
When you have everything together, keep your planner somewhere safe and make sure someone you trust knows where it is.
