I have been working on My State Quilt Patterns for a bit now and I hope you are enjoying them.  Each quilt block has a finished size of fourteen inches by fourteen inches. See my Quilt Pattern Shop.

My Colorado State Quilt Pattern Block

 Cut 2 Green –2 7/8” x 2 7/8”

Cut 2 White – 2 7/8” x 2 7/8”

Make Triangles

 

Cut 4 Green – 1 ½” x 4 ½”

Cut 4 Green – 1 ½” x 1 ½”

 Sew as Shown

 Cut 4 Blue – 2 ½´x 2 ½”

Cut 4 White – 2 7/8” x 2 7/8”

            Cut corner to corner

Sew as Shown

 Cut 12 Green – 1 ½” x 1 ½”

Cut 8 White – 1 ½” x 2 ½”

Cut 8 White – 1 ½” x 3 ½”

Cut 8 White – 1 ½” x 5 ½”

 Match up the green squares to the center unit. Sew as Shown.

 Cut 4 White – 1 ½” x 12 ½”

Cut 4 Green – 1 ½” x 1 ½”

 Sew as Shown

My Colorado State Quilt Pattern Block

As I look at this quilt block now, I would probably change the green to red, but do it any colors YOU wish !
