Husband has been working on re-doing a wall in our living room, which I love and the added storage is fantastic. He finished the ship lap just a few weeks ago.
The BEFORE – this unit is one of our first purchases for the condo. 
The taking apart
Using some of the before units and mixing and matching with craiglist finds (Husband is great at that) he took my drawings and went to town. I’m the idea, sanding and painting person.
The process of this took some months, finding the fireplace with the electric insert he wanted, took a bit.
But…he found it ! Lots of paint later, it matches !
TV mount went up and I started painting AGAIN !
I started painting in the garage, BUT after about 2 boards I had to move it into the kitchen and down the hall. Plus, it cut drying time in half. This is the same blue I did our kitchen cabinets in.
